Ramona DeFelice Long is an American author, independent editor, and online writing instructor. As a writer, her short stories and creative nonfiction have appeared in literary, regional, and juvenile publications. She has been awarded artist fellowships and scholarships from the Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, the Delaware Division of the Arts, the Pennsylvania State Arts Council, and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. Her day job is as an independent editor and online writing instructor specializing in mysteries, memoir, creative nonfiction and short stories.
