Like the first book in this series, Raven's Shadow, this book is well plotted and has many interesting characters. I always enjoy Patricia Briggs' fantasy writing. This is no exception.
I have no idea what the point of this book was. The story was resolved in the first book and there was no need to come back to it. Any questions I might have had regarding this family were not answered.
