The types of food that we need for healthy living and well-being include fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains.
A healthy diet should also consist of fish or lean meat with a reduction in saturated fat, salt and sugar intake.
Drinking about 8 – 10 glasses of water daily is good for the body as water helps to hydrate and detox the body while providing some minerals to the body at the same time.
One very important advice in healthy eating is never to miss breakfast!
