Solid 3.5 stars. I really enjoyed the story but the ending just abruptly stopped. There was no clarity to the ending of the story. Was it a fairy tale? Yes. Worth the read? Yes. Will you be disappointed? Probably.

So, I was not expecting what I read. I have a ton of mixed feelings about this book, but most of them are positive, I think. Characters Okay, so I kind of liked the characters. I mean, Valerie and Henry and Peter were good characters, but I didn't really like the rest of them. I mean, I liked them...

First and foremost I'm really happy to see a book/ movie combo develop in the OPPOSITE direction. This was originally introduced as a screenplay and somewhere along the line people thought it would be cool to have a book-tie in. I'm on board! Not too bad of an adaptaion. I felt it complemented the movie in that I got a little more of an insight into the hows and the whys.

A werewolf has terrorized the village once a month since before Valerie can remember. Each family takes turns pro...

*FINAL RATING: 0.70 STARS*CATCHALLI didn't even give it a full star. I rarely do this. Even Juliet Immortal was gifted with more than one star. But this book was so awful that I don't even know where to begin. I really, really, really, really disliked this book, unfortunately. I don't enjoy writing ...

"Red Riding Hood" surprised me more than I thought approaching the novel. I haven't seen the movie of the same name, so I can't claim any reference points from that, but what I can say is that the story ended up being a fast, fluid read that kept me engaged until the end, which speaks somewhat of it...

I didn't really have any expectations when I started this book and all I can say is that I'm glad I didn't because I would have been sorely disappointed.
