I knew Katie was going to get her own book! As soon as she showed up in Hidden Summit, I knew she was going to end up in Virgin River somehow. I wasn't expecting her boss/soon to be boyfriend to really be a gay guy who was pretending to be straight. I guess Carr had to get rid of him somehow.
Really enjoyed this one. I got a little tired of Dylan reminding everyone of his issues. BUT I loved Conner and Leslie and Katie is one of my fav heroines. I hope we get an update on them in the next book.
3.25/ 5; 3 stars; B+Robyn Carr never disappoints. This was a pleasant story with likeable characters. I always enjoy visiting Virgin River and Grace Valley. I wasn't bowled over by this entry into the Virgin Rivers series but it was still worth reading.
I so enjoy this Virgin River series. This story had plenty of new aspects such as twin children and a bear family along with old favorites in Jack's bar. I had mixed feelings about the hero although he was realistic. Dylan is taking a motorcycle trip when he stops to help Katie change a flat tire...
