Alexis Balefire (Lexi) is an unawakened blood witch - she has witchy tendencies (like listening and following her inner voice/instincts/institution) and wants to awaken her inner witch because she has a family legacy to protect the Balefire for all witches on the east coast. Unfortunately, time is r...
See this and all of my reviews at Mystereity ReviewsWaking up in strange places has become stock in trade for earthbound angel, Adriel. This time she has landed right in the middle of a crime scene where some guy who looks like a superhero wannabe gives her a hard time about her performance. The Pow...
Due to the worldly success we had last time, I’m teaming up with Cindy from MyBookfile again today (and on other random Thursdays in the near future)! If you’ve read our previous Double Review, you’re going to notice a slight angelical theme we’ve got going. Apart from us being two lovely angels and...

Good ending to the seriesWell just read the final book and it completed the circle. The last of the four girls find love close to home. A good read and completed the series brilliantly. The bad guy gets his pay back. All girls are happy and the treasure is found.
Good follow onThird book in the series and the third of the girls to find love or to be correct she reacquainted with love. An ex husband turns up, another treasure hunt and the evil one still has not been caught. Now to book 4
Flowed smoothly from the firstAnother treasure hunt round Julie's home. Logan the mad ex and a love interest for Gustavia. Covered the subject of the death of a loved one sympathetically. Good read

The point of wrapping up the series was to resolve the Logan storyline and to solve the last of the 4 challenges. All of that was shoehorned into the last 20% of the book. The other 80% was Kat worrying tha...
So this is the 3rd book of this 4 book series (mental note to research: 3 is a trilogy, what is 4? A Quadilogy? Is that a word? No, wait, it's flagged by auto-correct. What was I doing again? Oh yeah, reviewing. Ambien must be kicking in...) Each book in the series switches to one of the 4 friends...
I'm not sure why I'm still reading this series. There really isn't much mystery, it's more YA suspense/romance than anything (nothing against YA or romance, they're just not my thing.) Still, it's a charming series and suspenseful enough to hold my interest, although the angst got old after awhile...
