Richard Grbavac has worked with many companies to leverage their stars' wisdom and knowledge across their organizations. His experience in sales, major account management, sales management, product development, and organizational development has helped companies including Jantzen Sportswear, VF Corporation and Cason, Grbavac & Murphy. Richard has written articles and e-books and presented on the Affirmative Leadership approach at the International Society for Performance Improvement in San Francisco, Orlando and Toronto. He received his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1985 and joined Cerebyte, Inc., an Oregon-based company, in 2002. He and his wife live in Portland, Oregon and have four grown children living in four time zones. When not traveling on business, Rick enjoys fly-fishing, golf and traveling to see his kids.
