Rich Diesslin is a syndicated and freelance cartoonist. He is the creator and cartoonist of the syndicated Out to Lunch (OTL) general single-panel cartoon. His other cartoons include the KNOTS or Not (or KNOTS) scouting cartoon, and the Religious Light and Cartoon Gospel cartoons. He is the author and cartoonist of The Cartoon Old Testament, KNOTS Cartoons (the book), The Cartoon Gospel of John, ACTA Publications, and The Cartoon Ten Commandments.
