Dr. Richard L. Kugler is an internationally known, heavily published writer, policy innovator, scholar, lecturer, and educator on U.S. national security affairs and global politics. He holds a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he studied defense economics and strategic planning.
