I am an author, change leader, programme manager, speaker, trainer and a company director. The common thread? My primary bundle of skills - making things happen, achieving goals, and helping people realize their dreams.My books combine wide ranges of ideas, as I try to find new and interesting ways of achieving goals, focussing on practicality and usability. I aim to be clear, comprehensive and enjoyable to read. My books have been translated into many languages and won awards, including the Management Book of the Year 2013.
