Rating: 6 starsGenre: Urban FantasyDepth of the Characters: 6 stars. Rob Thurman is a master at this.Where it ranks in the series thus far: #1 - hands down the best and most emotionally engaging book of an already fantastic series. This book made me cry. This one was a little too introspective and talky compared to previous books in the series and less action, sometimes taking up only a couple of paragraphs. The plot was fine if a little predictable. The final battle wasn't one of her best, not enough characters almost dying, but it was good. :)But ...
Ugh. Crude. Vulgar. Death. Depressing. Pretty skippable on the whole. Seriously, skim this if you bother reading it. Only a few relevant passages. The usual warning in this series for language and sexual content apply. You have been warned!

Good times.Along for the ride is everyone's favorite trickster, Robin Goodfellow, who's a bit out of sorts, experimen...
