Robert Gruber (June 20,1921 - Present) Past experiences which led me to write this book. The 60's introduced me to the subject of "How the brain works." Since that time I found out that I wanted to know more about this subject relative to helping others who may have problems relative to PTSD "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder", as well as related conditions of stress, depression etc. This research material led to the publication of my first book "Creative Living Philosophy", which I dedicated and donated to the Military as a gift from me. Presently there are more than 500 books that were distributed to the troops in Afghanistan and Iraqin in 2009, through the Landstuhl Veterans Hospital in Germany. The Florida DAV distributed books to each of their 75 offices. One response replied "Your book is awsome. If someome reads this book they can't help but be changed for the better. You have created a valuable tool." The acceptance of this first publicaation, for Military only, led to the publication of the second issue where the text was not changed but being a diferent book, the cover and the title was changed. I can truly state that a goal in my lifetime has been reached by serving others through the contents of these books.
