Rob is a former secondary teacher, principal, and current superintendent with experience at all levels, K-12, and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Oregon. His workshops and presentations are grounded in best practice, thought provoking, and come from a wealth of experience in transformational, systemic change. He has written four books, taught courses at four universities, and presented at state and national school conferences on the topics of School Improvement, Leadership, Professional Learning Communities, Teacher Leadership, School Culture, Community, Advanced Data Tools, and Systemic Change. Utilizing audience participation, technology, and humor, Rob can not only present ideas in ways that are engaging and easily applied, but also work with leadership teams to help them effectively implement complex change that will lead to sustained results.
