I am an experienced psychotherapist, life transition coach, couples relationship coaching specialist and workshop facilitator and speaker. I have a B.S. degree from the State University of New York and an M.A. in developmental psychology from Rollins College. I am a licensed psychiatric nurse clinical specialist and a certified life coach through the Institute for Life Coach Training. I have been trained in family and elder mediation, hypnotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, Jungian dream work, teaching adult learners and EMDR. I am a certified wellness coach, Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster facilitator, and licensed Third Age Coach through the Third Age Leadership Center. In addition, I am a 2Young2Retire certified facilitator and a Vocation Vacations Affiliated Coach. I was trained by, and is affiliated with, The Purpose Project, a joint project of the University of Minnesota Center for Spirituality and Healing and Richard Leider of the Inventure Group.I am a member of The National Speaker's Association, The International Coach Federation, and The American Society on Aging.
