But, subsequently, I also had titles issued by mainstream publishers, including Doubleday, Simon & Schuster and Lothian Books. But today the costs of printing but, more so, the rising postal charges make this much harder for a small publishing operation.I began as a cadet journalist in 1962 with The Dominion, the morning paper in Wellington, New Zealand.
