Roger Coleman, a Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) pastor, is the recently retired director of Pilgrim Center, a community service organization in Kansas City, Missouri. He also served as chaplain of Pilgrim Chapel, the former Lutheran Church for the Deaf that is now a public chapel for people of all faiths.For additional information on the Pilgrim Center and Pilgrim Chapel, see www.pilgrimcenterinc.org.) Roger and his wife Elizabeth, also an ordained Disciples minister, now live in Edenton, NC. They have three married daughters.Roger attended Bethany College (B.A.), Texas Christian University (M. Div.) and the University of Missouri (M. Ed.) He holds a D. Min. degree in theology and community development from St. Paul School of Theology. In 1983, Roger was also awarded an honorary D.D. degree by the Missouri School of Religion in recognition of his community involvement. In addition to Prankster of God, Roger has written three other books - The Pope and the Snowman, A Year of Sundays and Of Stones and Feathers.
