Short thought provoking chapters. Maybe nothing totally revolutionary but good stuff. Nice stories to help readers remember the point, plus practical ways to impliment the qualities. Glad I read it.
An absolute must read for any person in management..I seek out John Maxwell books because he is the guru of leadership development and frequently use them when training new leaders at all levels of an organization.
