This graphic novel grew on me. At first I was thinking more black and white comics and "oh god" this is lame. But it gave me some laughs when it got in to the children songs remediations.

It isn't totally awesome because this is the very beginning, and the characters aren't very developed. Ah, but Lenore is such a cute, stabby little thing. I expect later volumes will be fine indeed. And special bonus appearance of a page by Jhonen Vasquez, creator of Zim.
