It took 3 tries to get into this book. On the third try, I vowed not to give up on it. Halfway through, I skipped to the end. I just couldn't stomach the inanity of the dialogue any more. Although the writing got a little better a ways into the book, it never felt natural. Almost like the author...
Short, sweet stories set around the NASCAR tracks. Main fault was that they should have been longer!
