Roxanne got her first horse at the tender age of six, and grew up riding bareback throughout her small Minnesota town year around. It was like giving a child car keys! She's now living her childhood dream-living on an acreage in the country, with her husband, three horses, two goofy border collies, and six fluffy barn cats-a much smaller menagerie than when their three kids were still at home. Ranches, animals, and small town life frequently find their way into her books.Roxanne has a Master's Degree in nutrition--oh so helpful when it comes to writing novels! She worked as a registered dietitian until she decided to stay home and write. If not writing at home in her jammies or spending time with her family, you'll find her riding one of the family's horses, playing with her camera, or hiding with her nose in a book. You can visit her personal website at www.roxannerustand.com for news about her books, articles, and a free cookbook. There, you can also sign up for a free quarterly newsletter with fun recipes, information on contests and prizes, and news about any upcoming book releases. At her website, you'll also find her "All Creatures Great and Small" blog about life in the country, and a variety of author guests talking about their pets. www.roxannerustand.comwww.facebook.com/roxanne.rustandwww.linkedin.com/in/roxannerustand/Twitter: @roxannerustandhttp://ridingwiththetopdown.wordpress.comhttp://www.suspensesisters.blogspot.comABOUT HER BOOKS: Roxanne is the award-winning author of over thirty romantic suspense and heart-warming, emotional relationship novels for Superromance, Heartwarming, Everlasting, Love Inspired, and Love Inspired Suspense.
