Rumpole and the Age of Miracles was so enjoyable I was tempted to give 5 stars to this collection of stories about a sarcastic, curmudgeonly but clever old barrister. However, each one is just a little too cookie cutter similar to the others, so the book as a whole loses one star for repetitiveness....
An entertaining collection of short stories, including a very short Christmas party interlude, featuring everyone's favorite English barrister, Rumpole.
