The first 100 pages or show I wasn't sure if I was thrilled with it. I wasn't hooked with it the way I was with the first book. I am glad that I didn't set it aside though. Quickly it sped up and the last 100 pages were intense and gripping. A very good read.

Not bad, although it went a little overboard at the end.A series of random shootings, that happen in a very short timeframe. Using different guns, by men dressed differently. Could it be the same man?Michael Bennett heads up the investigation, while contending with a flu outbreak at home which man...

Needless to say, after that I kept getting mental images of Bruce Willis as Michael Bennett throughout the book which only made it more fun to read.In this instalment, we realise that...

Am loving Detective Mike Bennett so far. This second book delves further into his personal life as we see him struggling to cope with his job and caring for his ten children -he certainly has his hands full!

Fantastic gripping book, page by page! Although having read all of Patterson's books featuring Nypd supercop Michael Bennett, I'd have to say Run For Your Life was the best of the lot! Also have to note if their was one book that they should make a major motion picture of, it would have to be this ...

Detective Mike Bennett and his family of ten children are back from the previous book Step On a Crack. This time he is battling a house full of sick children and a maniac lose in N.Y. City. The Teacher...

Well, I guess you could call me the upside-down girl. Or the backwards girl. Why? Because I read Worst Case before Run for Your Life... Never mind Step on a Crack, I didn't even realize there was one before this...Michael Bennett is an NYPD detective who is tracking down a killer--or is it more than...
