Seems to be. Dinosaurs, with a 50s movie feel to the characters. So far, it's tons of fun, but it's setting the character and place, so not all that much plot development. Looking forward to the next issue, so that's a good sign. It should pop up on Marvel Unlimited in a month or so.
This volume wraps up the Bookburner storyline started in volume four. I'm curious to see how the events in this arc affect the Fables storyline.
