Bestselling author Ruth J. Hartman spends her days herding cats, and her nights spinning sweet romantic tales that make you smile and maybe even laugh out loud. Or so she's been told by readers! She, her husband, and their three cats, love to spend time curled up in their recliners watching old Cary Grant movies. Well, the cats, Maxwell, Roxy and Remmie sit in the people's recliners. Not that the cats couldn't get their own furniture. They just choose to shed on someone else's. You know how selfish those little furry creatures can be. Ruth, a left-handed, cat-herding, Jeep-driving, farmhouse-dwelling romance writer uses her goofy sense of humor as she writes tales of lovable, klutzy women and the men who adore them. Ruth's husband and best friend, Garry, reads her manuscripts, rolls his eyes at her weird story ideas, and loves her in spite of her penchant for insisting all of her books have at least one cat in them. Or twelve. But hey, who's counting? Most of her books include cats. Her characters, like Ruth in real life, live with several cats, and love every minute of it. Well, maybe not the litter box, but you get the idea.Books by Ruth J. Hartman:The Love Birds Series:(Regency Romance)"Love Birds of Regent's Park" (Book #1): Love isn't just for the birds. This story started out so promising, but an awful love triangle derailed it. What I did like about the story was that it featured two older characters as the love interests; Lady Ollerton was 42 and a widow of very limited means (she had a maid that stayed with her for room and board in lieu of wage...

2.5 Stars Cats, cats, cats, cats, cats. I would say that this book could just be the tip of the iceberg in a scandal that will bring down governments. This could be the biggest scandal since Fox News did an exposé on the wanton stationery theft by Democrats in Congress...even bigger than the docto...
