Ruth Moose is an award-winning mystery novelist for "Doing It at the Dixie Dew," to be published by Minotaur Books (St. Martin's Press) in May 2014. The novel won the Malice Domestic 2013 prize for best first traditional mystery novel.Moose has published three collections of short stories, six poetry collections, and taught Creative Writing at UNC-Chapel Hill for fifteen years.
