I grew up in Winston-Salem, NC in the year 1969, and I've been writing short stories since high school for fun, but never considered publishing till 2011 when I penned I HATE ZOMBIES A Soldiers Story. Writing, for me, gives a great release and relaxation, and the I HATE ZOMBIES saga continues to grow with the soon to be released DEAD'S END I Hate Zombies Book 4. I have always been an artist so the cover designs are mine, and may release character sketches of the cast of my stories when the 4th book is completed. I try to draw from life experience, likes and dislikes for my stories, and personalities I encounter in everyday life. My books always start with an idea, and as the story progresses the idea evolves.Specifically I HATE ZOMBIES was penned, not as an actual hate of the genre, but as a characterization of a feeling I myself have had for years. The thought of zombies creeps me out, and I like the stories, but at some point it will gross me out and I'll have to change the channel. So one night all that was on tv were zombie films, and so the story was born.I hope you will enjoy the story if for nothing else, because it was fun to write, and I will continue to write as the years progress.Please leave reviews of my work both good and bad, I shun no opinion.
