Scott Johnson grew up in a small community called Upatoi, Georgia. Living in the country, he helped his dad with his beekeeping and grew to love the outdoors. Scott's first job was a stable hand and veterinarian's assistant. He went on to study at Georgia Tech and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. For twenty years, he has worked for a major Southeast utility company. Scott currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife of 18 years, his son and his daughter. He enjoys writing, woodworking, drawing, hunting, fishing, and hiking.
