This is a wonderful, wondrous novel full of tragedy and triumph and a twisted villain that only Dean Koontz or Stephen King could dream up. This is one of my favorites by D.K. just when you think he couldn't get any better he goes and surprises you.

This one grew on me, but wasn't my favorite. I'll have to read another Koontz to see if his other books appeal to me a little more.
