3rd Reread Completed in October 2017.:I think that Azami is one of Feehan's more complex GhostWalker heroines. She is definitely the most tortured. Like physically and emotionally. Whitney used her for experiments and operated on her repeatedly and then literally threw her away. She rose like a phoe...

Now I've had my ups and downs with Christine Feehan, her Dark whatever series makes me cranky but I like this series. This is one of the best of this series that I have read.Sam Johnson is a smart guy, multiple degrees and a talented soldier his paranormal abilities make him good at infiltration an...

I'd even go as far as a 4½♥'s on this one.Just as you would expect from this series, you will still find alpha males, near insta-love, psychic (DNA manipulated) talents, and high action. This book also has a walking lethal weapon of a female, and I loved that. The female, Thorn/Azami was just as d...

I was so sad to finish this book. I love visiting with the GhostWalkers in any capacity, and the arrival of the long lost Thorn (now called Azami) was desperately appreciated. Sam is a sweetheart while clearly maintaining his capable and lethal identity as an enhanced soldier. He is a very calm, ...

Dying over and over again can easily change a person's hair white. It's kind of cool to be able to survive death, like nine lives of a cat. However, when it's a child forced to die over and over again through sadistic butchering in the pursuit of science, this is a horrendous crime. In Samurai Ga...

This one was so-so for me. I really liked that the female lead was so kick-butt. She seemed way more dangerous than the hero. (The samurai angle was also cool.) The romance part was pretty typical for the series which is comforting to get what you expect. The boss fight (the final action at the end)...

Hot, hot, hot! Very fast paced. A wonderful combination of demure and sultry meeting fierce and sexy. Sam Johnson has been a GhostWalker for a long time. He knows the honor and duty that he must fulfill for his country and team come before himself. He is expendable. But meeting and falling fast an...

This story is classic Christine Feehan. It is technically well written, appears well researched, and follows her standard story line. And I hated it. Still, if you like Feehan's previous work, you will love this. No need to read any more of this review.I tried-I really try to finish this. I must hav...

I love the Ghostwalker's Series! When I read the book with Saber I had hoped there would be a book with Thorn. Truthfully, I can't remember who Sam is in the previous books. Thorn is absolutely awesome. I also loved all the the Japanese culture and Samurai that were in the book. Each book in this se...
