The last two volumes of this series have made me come to the conclusion I don't really like Neil Gaiman. I want to. I really do. I enjoyed some of the earlier books in this series (Vol. 4). When it comes down to it I am not interested. And I have tried multiple books and graphic novels of his.

This volume pretty much sums up why I love The Sandman overall, and I can't really put into words how awesome this particular volume is. So many issues, so many moments, and everything adds up. Just amazing, read this series if you get the chance!
I can't even pretend that I got all of this. I'm not sure it's possible for anyone to get all of it in a single reading. Wow, I don't know where to begin. The best Sandman book yet. Everything that I've read so far pretty much all wraps up in this, the longest of the Sandman collections. And it was worth the trip.If you ever want to read anything by Neil Gaiman that hits on all cylinders and emotions, this is it.
