Sanjiv is a Partner in the Financial Management & IT Advisory Practices at KPMG Canada. He leads the Data Driven Business Transformation practice in Canada which includes Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, & Big Data. He also leads the Program/Project management practice & has leadership involvement in ERP initiatives (Oracle & SAP). Sanjiv is an award winning Executive with 25+ years of progressive IT & Business Experience. He is delivery oriented, builds high-performance teams, & has successfully delivered large complex projects while achieving operational excellence. Sanjiv can communicate to all organizational levels (e.g. Board of Directors & 'C' Suite). Some accomplishments are:* Led & managed many end-to-end projects that crossed functional boundaries with budgets over $100million & resource teams of 150+. * Reporting to the CEO, Managed a Global SAP implementation for a client that has a finance, manufacturing, and entertainment division. Modules included ECC, BPC, BW, FICO, PS, MM, SD, &PLM. * For Home Trust, implemented the 1st core Retail Banking SAP system in North America. ($60+ million budget, 250+ resources), as well as all IT initiatives & infrastructure.* Won the "2012 IBM Impact Award for Best Business Analytics and Information Strategy" & selected as an IBM Champion for Business Analytics.* Reporting to TD Bank's Co-Chair, led an initiative to review, guide, & build a roadmap for a key trading application in the Securities group.* For Goldman Sachs, worked closely with the SVP Equities Group to design and implement a Project Management Office (PMO).* For a US based Bank, managed an initiative to replace & re-engineer core applications systems for their leasing business. Managed a combined team of 150+ resources.Sanjiv has written 18+ books and hundreds of articles for such publications as the Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star.
