Dr Cullen is the Managing Director of The Cullen Group, an Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne, a Research Sssociate of the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a former National Partner at Deloitte. She has consulted to 140 organizations spanning 51 countries representing $17 billion in contract value. She has written 120 publications, presented 300+ major conferences, conducted 7 government reviews, provided expertise to Senate inquiries and reviewed outsourcing research for Harvard Business School, California Management Review, Journal of IS, European Conference on IS, and the Journal of IT. Sara has lectured at Melbourne, Monash, QUT, RMIT, Swinburne, and Seoul Universities.
