When God Was a Rabbit is a very colorful story about family and growing up. I enjoyed it a lot and the magical realism details made it especially good.

Bought this on a whim today because of a) the cover, b) the synopsis, and c) it was on sale. It looks intriguing, and I can't wait to read it. It's on the "to-read" shelf!
