There was only one story out of this entire 25 story collection that I didn't like. I thought that was pretty good odds so I gave it 5 stars! My favorite story, I believe, is the one about the Phantom of the Opera. I loved it!
The rating is only for Keri Arthur's SS. Wow what a complete dick Quinn was. Compelling Riley to not take as many lovers and not visit the club as much. Gotta say he is pushing my buttons and not in a good way atm.
I read this because it was free and vaguely tempting. A hit-vampire. There really isn't much to the story. Female vampire keeping self distracted from long life by being a contract killer. Gets hired by a young man to kill his step-father, because he believes the step-father killed his mother. ...
I liked it, but I didn't. Daphne's relationship with the former vampire hunter pissed me off so much I felt like throwing the book when he came into a scene. The characters and story line could have been fleshed out a whole lot more. I would like to see where this series goes, but I'm in no rush. O...
An okay read. I enjoyed the stories by Jenna Black, Jenna Maclaine, Keri Arthur (Riley and Quinn), Kimberly Raye, Rebecca York, Karen Chance, and Rachel Vincent. Several of the other stories either dragged on and on and/or I just couldn't get into them.
