I really enjoyed the first 50 or so pages of this book, the descriptions given for the kids was wonderful (ok I hated Theo), and I really looked forward to the book. Four kids, all suffering from debilitating phobias, are sent as a last resort to the School of Fear. And then things get really weird. Like, The Mysterious Benedict Society weird, only the headmistress doesn't suffer from narcolepsy. Anyway, what the kids find is not at all what they were expecting....
My favorite of the School of Fear books. Most of everyone in the series is introduced. It is a very odd series though fairly humorous. I love the phobias at the beginning of every chapter. Worst covers ever!
