About the author:Scott's parents read to him a lot. The images from those early experiences forged an inquisitive, inventive mind. He read all of the Hardy Boy books by the end of third grade and then his folks introduced him to masterful storytellers such as Alistair MacLean, Robert Ludlum and Tom Clancy. The style of White Monsoon falls somewhere between Ludlum and Clancy. Scott grew up in Colorado. Got a BS in Psychology from Colorado State University, attended New South Wales University in Sydney, Australia. He always took writing courses and has completed three novels, a children's novel, a young adult summer novel and White Monsoon. Scott has written a screenplay (Registration #1268933, Writers Guild of America, West, Inc.) Scott resides in Sandy, Utah, with his wife and her two youngest of five. Scott's daughter is a CPA doing a great deal of volunteer work for abandoned animals and people with disabilities in Park City, UT and his son is attending Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, CA.
