Scott Rubin is the Director of Elevate, the junior high ministry at Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago's northwest suburbs. He has been on staff at Willow Creek for over 18 years, working with students, volunteers & parents. In addition to leading Elevate, Scott is a speaker as well as author (including the book "Middle School Ministry" which he co-wrote with Mark Oestreicher). Scott is married, has three sons and often wishes that Chicago was next to the ocean.
