Claire is a twenty-something, single mom that grudgingly helps her best friend sell sex toys while she attempts to make enough money to start her own business to give her foul-mouthed, but extremely loveable (when he's asleep) toddler a better life.
When Carter, the one-night-stand from her past that changed her life forever, shows up in her hometown bar without any recollection of her besides her unique chocolate scent, Claire will make it a point that he remembers her this time.
With Carter's undisguised shock at suddenly finding out he has a four-year-old son and Claire's panic that her stretch marks and slim to none bedroom experience will send the man of her dreams heading for the hills, the pair will do whatever they can to get their happily ever after.
Warning: contains explicit sex, profanity and enough sarcasm to choke a horse.

So, hilarious story and as I indicated before, the narration is not bad, my only complaint is that you cannot tell the POV change between Claire and Carter so many times while listening I was like "wait, huh...WTF...oh now it's Carter's POV"....but if I remember correctly this may have also been an ...
I couldn't stop laughing. Strong heroine and loveable hero with entertaining secondary characters = WIN.
Some of the scenes were funny. But, for the most part, the humor was ridiculously juvenile. If you can suffer through Claire and Carters immaturity, then it's a decent book.
I have never laughed so much or so hard while reading a romance novel IN MY LIFE!!!! I enjoyed Carter, Claire and their friends...particularly, Drew. but Gavin was my favorite character and the source of most of my gut-busting laughter. Gavin is the most irreverent yet adorable toddler EVER written!...
