It's been a long time since I read the other books (I was like 13, and now I'm 18, so.) and I'm hoping that when I finally get my hands on this book I'll actually be able to remember it.

The Heap kids are all together again after a bumpy start trying to get home. Beetle, and Marcia and Lucy all make appearances. As well as a host of mystical and magical creatures. This maybe the last in the Septimus Heap series time will tell.
