I like this series more with each book I read, which is saying something. It seems most series start to peter out and not get better. Janet and Mick are having some troubles that they didn't bring on and Janet's trying to fix. Better than average series.
4.5 stars It all started with a giant sinkhole, some skeleton hands and a cold touch. Loved it ! There is Native American Shamans, Vampires, Dragon Shifters, Witches, Demons and many other mythical beasties, all together loving, fighting and spelling each other. This edition to the series whirled at...
3.5/5; 4 stars; B+I think Allyson James is pretty creative in her world building. I enjoyed the twists with the Karmii and the witchy mischief. One thing I liked about this book was the further information shared about Janet's grandmother and a few others in the cast of characters. I'm a big me...
Sometimes I hate a series..why, well cos I do not have the next book read when I finish! Haha, yes the book ended and I cursed myself for not having the next one. Not that it ended in a cliffie, but cos I just wanted more.Janet is cool as always. Here she tries to deal with her dragon boyfriend Mick...
This is one of those series that is defiantly sink or swim. Either you know what's going on and you don't. 4.5 *s This was my favorite of the series yet. It's certainly the most emotional. And I stayed up well past my bedtime to finish it. Janet is battling to save her own life, Mick's life and their relationship. She's running against a deadline and to top it all off, she's often fighting against the...
One night Janet is out speeding down the highway with Sheriff Nash on her tail when they come upon a sinkhole which threatens to kill them both. There is something in the sinkhole that likes to kill all things evil which includes Janet. Meanwhile a new safety inspector has come to town and threateni...
