A few months ago I reread all of the Princess Diaries series in anticipation of the adult installment that was released back in June. I decided to do the same thing with The Mediator series-which I actually prefer to Diaries. The seventh book will be released in February 2016. Between now and the...

This book is a about a teenage girl who is a mediator, i.e. a liaison for ghosts and spirits. She can see, hear, touch and talk to ghosts unlike other normal people. She wants to be normal for the sake of her sweet and caring mother but it seems fate has other plans. She moves to California from New...

Hehehehe, that was awesome.I was sort of stuck in a reading rut until I read Shadowland. This was a great way to spend the afternoon. Sure, my neck was killing me because I was hunched over all afternoon, but it was worth it :) Okay, I like Suze. A lot. I would definitely want her as a friend, becau...

I liked that this book is faced-paced and is full of mystery and action as main character Suze tries to fend off various would-be murderers. An interesting book, I'll be sure to look out the rest of the series.

Weak, very weak. I truly hope this is the weakest in the series, because my intention is to finish the whole saga.I am not sure why it was that weak. Maybe because there is little of Cee Cee, of Adam. Not much interaction between Suze and Jesse. The ghosts were not very likeable, and in fact, they d...

engaging romp of a book. Basically Buffy as a medium. This is the first book in the series, Suze moves to California from New York and finds herself facing up to a ghost who is still furious about her death, furious enough to be murderous. She finds a mentor in her headmaster, who has a different...

Shadowland is a fun quick read, perfect for summer I'd say. The main character of Suze is entertaining and funny and I enjoyed her voice. The paranormal aspect was well-handled and the ghosts actually intrigued me, especially Jesse. Suze's stepbrother David (Doc to Suze) was a bright spot in the nov...

I can't remember when I first started reading this, but I know it was at least seven years ago (that would make me 12, wow O.O) I love the idea of someone being able to see and help the dead, but not being happy about it. plus her love interest is utterly sexy. :)
