With dual passions for the written word and robotics, Shane Stilson configures his books like they were the brains of the robots he loves, unpredictable and exciting. He has trained for many years in the Japanese martial art of Shotokan, and draws from experiences with Japanese culture and Samurai Budo to inform a uniquely descriptive writing style. Shane lives in the mountain west, spending most of his free time playing in the deserts of the San Rafael Swell and the forests of the Wasatch Front.
