Shaun O'Boyle (b. 1959).I'm a photographer who lives in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. Some of my current projects include essays of the early space program at Cape Canaveral Florida, and the Hoosac Tunnel corridor in western MA. My main subjects are ruins and historical subjects, particularly those related to architecture. I have a particular interest in how past events effect our current environment and landscapes. Equally, how objects and places carry their history with them, how they tell stories. As a photographer I use the camera to interpret the stories that I find at each unique place, and pass them on for others to see.The process of creating a narrative from images is quite different than creating one from words.
