Shira Anthony is a complete sucker for a happily-ever-after, and rarely reads or writes a story without one. In her last incarnation, Shira was a professional opera singer, performing roles in such operas as "Tosca," "Pagliacci," and "La Traviata," among others. She's given up TV for evenings spent with her laptop, and she never goes anywhere without a pile of unread M/M romance on her Kindle.Shira is married with two children and two insane dogs and when she's not writing, she is usually in a courtroom trying to make the world safer for children. When she's not working, she can be found aboard a 30' catamaran at the Carolina coast with her favorite sexy captain at the wheel. You can email Shira at shiraanthony@hotmail.com or catch excerpts and free reads at her website, www.shiraanthony.com. Shira is also on Twitter at @WriterShira.

This book is about a bunch of overgrown teenagers with raging hormones, irrational, stubborn and angry. There is no reason to their actions, no logic in their thoughts. The writing itself is on immature side. Disappointed. The rating is for the 40% I've suffered through.

Overall I liked the story. Mystery/thriller/suspense type stories are definitely a main staple of my reading diet and 'Solitary Man' had me hooked right from the start. This focus of the action in this story is 'drugs and child trafficking'...not an easy topic at the best of times. When an underc...
