This is a very interesting approach to the traditional romance -- the heroine is a modiste, and there are lovingly detailed descriptions of her gowns. Not being that familiar with 1830s fashions, I really wished for illustrations.
Adorable, delightful and the heroine drives the hero crazy. Even the heroine's 6 year old daughter was lovely.Would have liked a few more love scenes, but the banter between the hero and heroine makes up for it.
