I finished this three months ago and couldn't even remember reading it until I checked the synopsis. But I rated it 3 stars, so I guess it was an enjoyable, but forgettable read.

OMG this book has the most hilariously inept assassin I've ever read. So damn funny! This was a really busy story with threats coming from all directions and a sexy, but tense relationship. I really wasn't expecting the humor, so now I need to check out the rest of this series to see if they're just...

2.5 stars. Just very average - both the story and the narrator.

Humor, romance and a touch of danger made this book a fun read. I love Garwood's characterizations and hope we see more Gigi in the future.

I really loved this one in the series. Lira and Sam had great chemistry and it was overall pretty funny. I figured out the mystery pretty early on but I still enjoyed it. I can't wait for the next one that comes out in the spring.

Typical Garwood contemporary. No deep hidden agendas, a light romance.

When I started reading this I was going into it expecting it to be a full-out romance...I don't know why, since I shelved it on here as "suspense". But anyway, I was pleasantly surprised. This book was sexy, it kept me guessing, and I loved most of the characters.
