Kyla’s memory has been erased, her personality wiped blank, her memories lost for ever. She’s been Slated. The government claims she was a terrorist and that they are giving her a second chance - as long as she plays by their rules. Source: Purchased Copy Quite dark and disturbing in subject matter but highly addictive and beautifully written Slated is set in a world where if you are a criminal of a certain age your mind is wiped and you are sent to a new family to start again. There were few things about this book that I didn't like, but the slight slowness was the main part I didn't g...
