Chloe needs a holiday. She’s sick of making wedding dresses, her partner Philip has troubles at work, the whole family wants a break. Her wealthy friend Gerard has offered the loan of his luxury villa in Spain – perfect.

This is the first (and only) book I'll read by Madeleine Wickham. What absolute crap! Of the 4 main characters, none of them is likable. Nor do any of them "mature" throughout the book. The writing is flat, the characters are one-dimensional and the plot is just so-so. Had I not needed a book set...
I thought this story was cute and well thought out but the ending was alittle to real life for me. I read books to get away from depressing realistic situations silly.
Sleeping Arrangements is one of Sophie Kinsella's old books that she has written as Madeleine Wickham. I have read only one Madeleine Wickham book, Cocktails for Three, and I thought it was a very simple book, it wasn't one of my favourites but it was good.
