I didn't enjoy this story as much as the first book of the series but it was okay, tho. :)I don't really know what to say now... but I'll explain my opinion on my blog soon. :D

See more of my reviews at Secrets of Lost WordsSpellcaster was a fairly great sequel to the first book, Spellbound. It picks up a few months after the first book. You see that Brendan and Emma have spent time together happily. Then they are facing another psycho killer who wants them dead. Pretty no...

What do you do when you and your destined soul mate break a centuries old curse? For Emma Conner and Brendan Salinger, you try to put the past behind you and act like a normal couple. Or as normal as a new witch and her boyfriend can be. Unfortunately, for Emma and Brendan, his past and Emma's ne...

Who would have thought finding your soul mate would be the easy part. This was a suspenseful new novel that will leave you hungry for more. The imagery was perfect and helped to set the mood for the entire story. It was a very easy story to get lost in and I can’t wait to see the rest of the series.I...

I'm gonna say 4 1/2 stars. I liked this one more than the first one. I was most happy for the fact that there wasn't a horrible love triangle or any sort of breakup/separation for Brendan and Emma. I loved the added POVs, even if it was just for a few chapters. It was very effective for the story a...

I got a better sense of the characters in this one, but the story lacked some of the magic the first one had. Also the evil presumed to be after them was not nearly as scary as it was hyped up to be in the beg...

This review has been posted at The Book Twins After the ending to SPELLBOUND, you wouldn't have thought there would be a second book since everything was wrapped up that it could have been a standalone, but nonetheless I was happy to learn there would be a sequel to this series (a trilogy, maybe?).W...

See full review here!I received this ARC from Net Galley. Here's my honest review:I liked the first book in this series, Spellbound. I enjoyed the humor of this sequel, but the story wasn't as capturing as the first one. Spellcaster didn't suck me in as much as Spellbound did. This one too quite a b...

First Impression:About a year ago, I fell in love with the first book in this series, Spellbound. Spellbound was a completely magical book that transported me into another world. Now a year later, I am presented with its sequel. Could. not. wait. While Reading:Here is the thing about loose ends in a ...

So, as per my recent promise to myself, I didn’t read the synopsis of Spellcaster, though having read the first novel, Spellbound, when it came out last year, I had a general idea what it was about. I liked Spellbound well enough that I wanted to continue the series…or at least I thought I did.I fou...
