While I found the second one of this series to be ho-hum, this is a very fun return to form by Mlynowski. Rachel now has powers and no control and is going to camp. Camp where her maybe boyfriend is and where everything that can go wrong does. I enjoyed this one.
I haven't read Frogs yet, which is the second, but the first one was fun as I recall.
